Refund & Return Policy

Print Fest strives to ensure 100% satisfaction with every custom apparel order. Because our items are custom printed and personalized specifically for you, special guidelines apply.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damaged print, or wrong size delivered by our error, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery at convocclothing.corporate@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

Custom orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement before printing begins. Once production starts, cancellations cannot be accepted.
